Chimamanda Augustine is a legal practitioner with a focused practice in corporate and commercial law, finance, tax and emerging technology regulation. With experience across legal, policy and finance, she advises businesses, founders and organisations on structuring, project financing, compliance and risk management across the lifecycle of their operations.

From formation and early growth to expansion and ongoing regulatory engagement, her work is grounded in a practical understanding of how law intersects with business realities, both locally and internationally. As a Trainee Associate with Transadvisory Legal, she is also building expertise in dispute resolution, energy, capital markets, real estate and international law practice.

An alumnus of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Chimamanda graduated in 2023 with her LL.B Degree and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025 after her time at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus where she obtained her B.L qualification. She is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (Acarb) and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC).
