Emmanuel brings valuable experience in Energy Law and Corporate and Commercial Practice, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and sustainable development. His legal practice reflects a strong interest in energy policy and the evolving landscape of Nigeria’s clean energy transition, where he continues to explore the intersection of law, business, and sustainability.

He earned his LL.B. from the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2024. Emmanuel has also contributed to research initiatives on sustainable energy for development and authored insightful works on Nigeria’s energy policy and the role of clean energy in driving economic growth.
