Maduka D. Oluwafemi is a versatile Attorney with a keen sense of duty and a robust insight. He has significant experience in a broad range of subjects including Corporate Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Medical Negligence, Alternate Dispute Resolution, amongst others. He has had a productive stint in the Nigerian Electricity Service Industry where he has represented clients up to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) Tribunal and provided guidance to consumers in the course of finding solutions to a myriad of consumer-related problems.

Mr Oluwafemi is a published (article) writer and, aside from the law, he is interested in aviation, technology, defence, security, history, geography, geopolitics and wildlife. He is a self-taught semi-literate in the Russian language (Cyrillic script).

Mr Oluwafemi believes that law, beyond the ends of social and retributive justice, is a potent tool for the ordering and development of a society; and that litigation is one of the key channels through which citizens interact with the law.
