This partnership aims to develop, establish, acquire, deploy, operate, and maintain CNG facilities across four key states in Nigeria, promoting sustainable energy solutions and infrastructure development.

Provided legal advisory services to Continental Civil and General Construction Company Limited and Ceezali Limited (The Consortium) in their joint venture with CITEC International Estates Limited for the construction of 3,114 affordable housing units under the auspices of Renewed Hope Housing Initiative of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on a 52.99-hectare of land in Abuja, valued at $2.4 million, enhancing urban housing infrastructure.

Advised Rolling Energy Limited on their transaction with PCNG-i to supply 10,000 CNG conversion kits and cylinders to the North-West Geo-political Zone of Nigeria.

The deal, valued at over $4 million, supports the expansion of clean energy solutions across the region.

Advised Rolling Energy Limited in their Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transaction with Kwara State Government.

The PPP involves the construction of CNG mother and daughter stations in Ilorin, Kwara State, with a project value of $4.69 million, further advancing Nigeria’s clean energy infrastructure.

Advised Rolling Energy Limited in establishing conversion workshop service centers through a partnership with PI-CNG Limited.

The $400,000 transaction ensures the enhancement of vehicle conversion services and the promotion of eco-friendly transportation in Nigeria.

Advised the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System PLC (NIBSS) as Sole transaction solicitor on the development, warehousing, deployment and maintenance of the AfriGo National Domestic Card Scheme, the first domestic card scheme in Nigeria.

Advised and negotiated on behalf of CWA, a local content company, a contract of ₦3,758,666,592.36 (Three Billion, Seven Hundred and Fifty-Eight Million, Six Hundred and Sixty-Six Thousand, Five Hundred and Ninety-Two Naira, Thirty-Six Kobo) for the provision of furniture, interior design and decoration for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation RTI Office in Abuja, Nigeria.

Advised the Promoters of the proposed Integrated Power Project on the conceptualization, design and project financing of an Independent and integrated power utility in Northern Nigeria.

Advised Neelds Realty on its joint venture partnership for the construction of more than 30 high-end houses in the heart of Abuja valued at more than $40 million.

Represented and secured judgment in favour of Mr. Bashir Usman in a contentious suit against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) involving a civil transaction between private individuals.

Our firm challenged the powers of the EFCC to investigate civil transactions between private individuals. The court further espoused the principle and meaning of an agent of a disclosed principal in commercial transactions.

Represented Taj Bank Limited in a suit filed by Okafor Nnaemeka John Paul, a lawyer who had challenged an order obtained by Interswitch in a recovery suit at the Federal High Court Lagos.

Our firm achieved a favorable judgment for the bank, with the court awarding ₦10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira) in punitive damages against the claimant, demonstrating our capability in managing complex financial disputes.

Represented Ibrahim Aliyu Diri in a breach of contract lawsuit concerning the purchase of two two-bedroom terrace bungalows valued at ₦15,400,000 (Fifteen Million, Four Hundred Thousand Naira). Provided effective legal counsel in resolving this real estate dispute.
Representing Antics Bureau De Change Limited, a Central Bank of Nigeria-licensed company engaged in foreign exchange trading and Bureau De Change operations, in a legal claim to recover ₦210,000,000 (Two Hundred and Ten Million Naira). Our team is committed to securing the client’s financial interests in this critical case.
Advised on disputes relating to the privatization of the Ihobvor open cycle gas turbine power plant with 507 megawatts capacity and the 415 million dollars privatization of the Egbema NIPP power plant with 338 megawatts capacity.
Was a part of the team of lawyers that worked on an energy-related claim between Alheri Engineering Limited and Transmission Company of Nigeria over the unlawful and illegal termination of the concession agreement for the provision and operation of fibre optics cables by Alheri Engineering Limited executed between Alheri Engineering Limited and Transmission Company of Nigeria.
Instituted labour-related claims against an American Company, Chemomics Incorporated and SAII Partners, whose source of donor funding comes from USAID and Global Funds, for arbitrarily terminating the appointment of one of its top management staff.

Instituted labour related claims against a German Energy firm based in Nigeria, GOPA International Energy Consultants Limited for unfair labour practices against one of its former employees.

Secured judgment in favour of our client thus demonstrating our ability to handle complex labour-related matters in Nigeria.

Represented Bashir Ahmad, former Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Digital Communications in a Pre-election dispute before the Federal High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Also, providing representations to Hon. Sampson Uka Orji (a former Commissioner for Special Duties, Asset and Debt Recovery in Abia State) in the Abia state Governorship Pre- election disputes before the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court.

Successfully represented Westown Integrated Merchant Limited in a keenly contested recovery arising from a land dispute.
