As a core dispute resolution and Litigation Attorney, Festus has demonstrated his forte for conflict management and resolutions by investing in his coveted industry while representing the client’s best interests across the superior court of records in Nigeria, Arbitration proceedings, Election Petition Tribunals and Quasi-judicial panels alike.

Up to date, Festus has defended the best interest of his client on complex multi-party and multi-jurisdictional issues. He has invested his expertise while representing clients and obtaining favourable verdicts on legal issues cutting across Maritime disputes, Oil and Gas claims, Commercial disputes, employment and industrial relations disputes, Garnishee proceedings, Banking and Finance disputes and Election petition to mention but a few, from Trial courts to the Apex court.

Similarly, he has a demonstrable exposure to regulatory compliance and negotiations where he has built a robust relationship with regulatory players and has provided several cutting-edge advisories on reforms and conflict management mechanisms with private stakeholders.

His academic background stems from his Bachelor of Law degree from Ambrose Ali University, EKpoma, where he obtained a second class upper degree in 2012 and proceeded forthwith to the Nigerian Law School in 2013 and obtained his law professional qualification and has been in active practise since then.

He is a seasoned Leader having obtained a qualification from the GOTNI leadership Center leadership Masterclass. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
